So this post is dedicated to m newest discovery, 'MEGA-BOUNCE SLEEP IN ROLLERS'.

So I've been considering using velcro rollers for a while as I have now bleached my hair so much I am not allowed to apply heat near it or it will snap off and die. So I've been trying to think of ways I can style my hair without the use of my beloved GHDS!  I went looking for some in the usual places like boots and I did find some, however they seems fairly small and I have a lot of long hair so I resorted to looking on Amazon, where I found these:

Theyre made of foam so squish to your head when you lay on them, unlike the plastic ones you can buy which you cannot sleep on without drawing blood! They have a pink layer of velcro which grips well to your hair and your head, you're recommended to use kirby grips to keep them in place but I couldn't find any so went without and they stayed in place by themselves all night! Theyre absoloutely huge, so I only used 16 but it was nice to run out of hair before rollers for a change! Sleeping in them was fairly comfortable once you get used to knowing they're on your head, and if you have one covering your ear, the velcro is a bit spiky but generally worth it for great hair! To avoid the sleeping, you can spray dry hair to damp it, and then just leave them in for the morning but they wont last as long as setting them all night. You are supposed to use a voluminising mousse beforehand to give extra life and hold however again I couldn't find any and mine turned out fine! My hair stayed huge and bouncy all day (despite walking in a snow storm!!) so if thats not great product testing, I don't know what is!

So to conclude, these create great root lifting and curled hair style without heat, fabulously pink and amazing value for money. A definite investment....
