Navy Ombrè Hair

So I took another trip to Sugar Skull Studios for my new hair. I'm usually totally open minded when I walk in, so Chris and I can think up something beautiful with the help of Instagram and Pinterest! He just had a new range of colours in so we wanted to play...

This was the colour chart I was presented with and I just couldn't decide! Ive been pink and purple so much recently however I wanted to go for something a little different....

First we had to bleach my roots ofcourse! I always get one of Chris' own treatments as they make my hair beautifully soft after the bleach, we also tone it with silver shampoo which makes it perfectly white.

Chris then added a silver toner to the top...

A pastelled version of the blue dye was rubbed through the mid section in order to create the ombre effect. The darkest dye was applied at the moment to add a pop of colour.

Chris then did one of his amazing jersey-licious blow drys and this was the final product!

The colours he used are both vibrant and full of good ingredients like shea butter, so nourished my hair even more. Dying your hair bright colours does not have to mean more damage (excluding the bleach!) Whether you want a subtle rinse of colour, dip dye or just something different I highly recommend Sugar Skull Studios on Lower Stone Street, Maidstone. Their prices are amazing too!!

xoxo
