The holidays are coming...

Long gone are the days where you waited too late and ended up with a Pound Shop advent calendar with chocolate that tasted more like poison than a treat. Instead I introduce to you, the luxurious world of beauty calendars! More expensive, than most presents it's the final splurge on yourself before the rest of your money is donated to others gifts! And of course if diets are forcing us to veto our daily chocolate gift, than what better replacement than the gift of beauty each morning? Hurry though some of these are going fast, and some are already out of stock!!!

The first calendar I will show you is the high street version of this new invention and its by Boots! Priced at £30 it is the cheapest of all, and contains miniatures such as Carmex, Vichy skincare, Rimmel, Seventeen, Nails inc and my favourite of all Soap and Glory!

Secondly, I move on to this fantastic 'Mini Mani Month' by Ciate. This was the first advent calendar I had seen and inspired me to search for me! Although not specifically aimed for December, this can be given as a gift or for your own pampering! It prices at the second most expensive at £42, but you get 24 miniature Ciate bottles, including the best colour range a girl could ever need, as well as their famous Caviar and Sequin toppings! Its beautifully funky and a great way to jazz up your nails if you're unsure about nail art and the likes! The little bottles are picture perfect and once the month is over you're left with a high end, on trend nail collection.

Thirdly I bring you the illusive Benefit Advent Calendar. I use this description and it was almost impossible to get hold of! Im not sure Benefit themselves knew how overwhelming the demand would be, so unfortunately you had to be lucky to get your hands on one! However, I wish to include it as it is still so cool that my favourite make up brands are coming out with advent calendars now! It contains 24 miniatures of all their best selling products including all three of their lip and cheek tints, Benetint, Posietint and Cha Cha Tint. As well Porefessional, Hoola Bronzer and Stay Don't Stray eye primer! At £50 it is a small investment for an Advent Calendar, but one that would be comforted by the quirk of the whole product!

Last but not least, is the queen of advent calendars, of course created by renound leaders in Beauty retail, Selfridges! Home to all limited edition high end cosmetics, this calendar does not disappoint! Featuring brands such as YSL, Lancome and Kiehls, this is every girls dream. Ofcourse such luxury comes at a price, with this calendar coming in at £84! But again, this is a great idea and the marketing buff who came up with this needs a raise!

So all in all, these calendars have completely blown my mind with excitement, and no doubt a small taste of the Limited Edition wonders of the beauty world that rear their heads at Christmas! I hope to be sharing with you more of my Christmas Wish Lists very soon!
